These terms govern your use of Climio for Android. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. By using Climio, you agree to these terms and the applicable purchase terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
02. AI characters and generated content
Climio provides conversations with fictional AI characters, character customization, and other entertainment features. AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. Use your own judgment and do not rely on Climio for emergencies or important decisions.
03. Responsible use
Use Climio lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not submit unlawful content, exploit or endanger minors, threaten others, infringe intellectual property, bypass purchase controls, or interfere with the service. Only share images and content that you have permission to use.
04. Your content and local data
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You authorize the processing necessary to provide the features you request, including external AI processing as explained in the Privacy Policy. Conversation history and preferences are stored on your device. Clearing local storage or uninstalling may permanently remove this information.
05. Membership and coins
Climio offers paid membership and consumable coins. Availability, benefits, prices, billing periods, and any renewal terms are shown before purchase. Coins are virtual items usable only inside Climio; they are not money, cannot be cashed out, and are not transferable between users. Membership does not necessarily include unlimited use. The Membership Agreement explains these purchases.
06. App materials and availability
Climio branding, interface, and app materials belong to their respective rights holders. You receive a limited right to use the app for personal, lawful purposes. Features may change or be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, or third-party availability. Where a material change affects a paid entitlement, applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
07. Restrictions, responsibility, and consumer rights
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, fraud, or serious misuse. To the extent permitted by law, Climio is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
08. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms and will provide notice where legally required. Material changes do not remove rights attached to purchases already made. For questions about these terms, contact lablexapps@gmail.com.
