01. Scope and eligibility
This Privacy Policy explains how Climio for Android handles information. Climio is intended only for people aged 18 or older. For privacy requests, contact lablexapps@gmail.com.
02. User ID, coins, and membership
Climio uses a randomly generated user ID, coin balances and transactions, and membership or subscription information to operate paid features. Purchase information may include a product identifier, purchase token, processing status, and membership expiry. Google Play processes payment details; Climio does not receive your full payment card number.
03. Information saved on your device
Your profile preferences, character selections, conversation history, selected chat images, daily activity, and in-app reports are saved locally by the current app. App state and stored chat images use Android-backed encryption. The current implementation does not provide a cloud backup or cross-device synchronization of this content.
04. AI processing is an online feature
Local storage does not mean that conversations remain entirely on your phone. When you request an AI reply, Climio sends your message, relevant conversation history, and any image attached to that request to its configured AI service. The current app uses OpenRouter to route requests to an AI model provider. This processing is necessary to generate the reply and may involve processing outside your country.
These providers may process request content and connection information under their own policies. Their retention and processing practices are not controlled by local app storage. Do not submit information you do not want processed by an external AI service. See the OpenRouter Privacy Policy for information about that service.
05. Other information and permissions
Climio does not request your contacts or precise location for its core features. Images you choose are used for the conversation you initiate. The website does not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or cookie-based profiling. Any hosting provider may process ordinary connection logs when serving these pages.
06. Use and disclosure
The information described above is used to deliver conversations, maintain coin and membership entitlements, process purchases, and handle requests you choose to send us. AI providers and Google Play process information as described above. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by applicable law.
07. Retention and your choices
Local data remains on your device until you remove it through available app controls, clear app storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Clearing local data may remove conversations, coin records, and membership state; recovery of consumed purchases is not guaranteed by the current implementation. Removing app data does not cancel a recurring Google Play subscription or delete records held by external providers.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Contact lablexapps@gmail.com to make a request. We may need limited information to verify that the request concerns you. Information voluntarily supplied in correspondence is used to address that request.
08. Adults only and policy changes
Climio is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe information from a minor has been provided, contact us so we can address it. Changes to this policy will be reflected by an updated effective date, with additional notice where required.
